Laura's Laminated Mini Album

I made this with the laminator. put two photos and a flower in each. put itthrough the laminator, cut the circle, added the ribbons (green for hersirname and also for her birthday st patricks day) then embelished withstickers, more ribbons, & rubons ... so used no glue at all.

My menu for this week was all organised.. but have now changed it

Monday:
Was to be - mini shepherds pies but i burnt the potatos
So was - a mince stirfry.

Tuesday:
Was to be - fresh herb chicken
But is now - catchatorie rissoles and mixed vegies..

Wednesday:
Was to be - Spicy Minute Beef in Lettuce cups
but will now be: in honour of DH's birthday a Roast and roasted Vegtables. With Mini Cupcakes as his birthday cake as he is on a diet and doesnt want a birthday cake.

Thursday:
Beef & Vegtable Stirfry

Friday:
Chicken Bolognese Pasta Pots

Saturday:
not sure yet

my screw up this week would be: last night i was cooking potatos and DH called and wanted to cat, i got distracted and they got burt, totally unusable. So i was unable to ave Mini Shepherds Pies like i was planning on.
